Religious Education Registration

All families are required to complete a registration form for children attending religious education classes each year. Current contact information will help us keep you informed about RE events and activities throughout the year. But most importantly, updated allergy information, and any health and safety concerns you share will help us keep all of the children safe while under the supervision of our RE teachers, childcare workers, and volunteers.

While all snacks provided are peanut and dairy free, children with life-threatening allergies must inform the RE staff in the appropriate field on the registration form to ensure their safety. Snacks are provided in childcare and preschool rooms on a regular basis.
